AMRAS PURI(MANGO PUREE)





There are mangoes mangoes everywhere . It is the most loved fruit of Indian especially as you can eat it only once a year....

Here you see that i have made mango puree which is made by churning together pieces of mango in a blender add a spoon of cardamom powder and serve.

Puris serve as bread , they are made with wheat flour and deep fried in hot oil.

You will find amras{am=mango and ras= pulp or juice(thick)} being served in almost all houses and that to almost everyday with their daily meal.
