UNIQUE VENDORS AT SINHAGAD....

This boy was selling curds , here you see him sitting at the top of the mountain, we met him at the bottom when we started our climb and he came up with us as probably he knew we were likely to be his customers.
and thats what happened when we say the "MATKA's-earthern pots" filled with fresh and cool curds we could not stop ourselves from buying about 14 of those.
He served the curds with a sprinkle of roasted jeera powder, sugar and salt (as per requirement)

On inquiry i got to know that they come every morning from the village below and they went back once they sold the whole basket. This was their main source of income.
He had this basket full of small earthern pots which had real fresh and cool dahi in it.

Cannot believe. You were at Sinhagad ? That's very close to my house in Pune. And you climbed all the way ? Why ? One can now reach top by vehicle. Most of the vendors comes from village names Kalyan. They sell Curd and Buttermilk.
