SUPER COOL SALAD....

SUPER COOL SUMMER SALAD

I call this salad super cool salad because it’s really very very refreshing and cool. I usually make this salad not only in summer, when it is more frequent. but also with spicy dishes. It cools your palate and makes the spicy food tastier in contrast.
Its simple to make it takes only about 5-7 minutes to make this salad.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups fresh tomatoes finely chopped
½ cup or one medium onion finely chopped
Coriander leaves for garnish
One chopped green chili
One-cup thick curd (you can add more curd as per requirement).

METHOD:

Take a bowl and in it add all the ingredients together
Add salt at the very end, as the salad will leave water as soon as you add the salt.
Take sweet (i.e. not with added sweet naturally sweet) curds as it balances the sourness of the tomatoes.
